Since 2014, when Bayerische Hausbau first debuted its prestigious annual forum, international experts and influential innovators from the construction and real estate industries from around the world have exchanged views on the pressing issues surrounding urban development.
On June 20, 2022, HWKN’s Matthias Hollwich will be a keynote speaker at this forum, specifically at the Bayerische Hausbau’s Technical Talk Discussion. The forum takes place at 6:30 p.m. at the Literaturhaus.
This year’s program, whose guests include industry leaders, architects and developers, focuses on real estate sustainability, value development in residential spaces, the relationship of the coronavirus in co-working projects, and more.

“For some years society has struggled to work out how to share its resources with Millennials. One immediate result was that individuality, selfishness and owning things threatened to become the overwhelming goal for young people. Although not all of its promises have been met, technology has gone a long way to counter this inward-looking thinking: new ways of sharing have emerged, saving resources, redistributing money, and maximizing utilization. And for many, such sharing has now become a joyous experience – proving to all that a brave new world is actually out there. Today being just the beginning.”
