As the architect of Journal Squared in collaboration with Handel Architects, we’re thrilled to announce the topping out of the final tower at Journal Squared. This key milestone brings us closer to finishing this transformative 2.3 million-square-foot project in Jersey City’s historic Journal Square.
Expected to be completed in early 2024, the 60-story tower will add 598 rental residences and 18,000 square feet of amenities to the complex. The first two towers and a public plaza are already operational, with the development ultimately encompassing 1,840 residences and 36,000 square feet of retail space.
We are proud of this skyline-defining development with stunning views of the Hudson River and downtown Manhattan. Our success is a testament to the collaborative efforts of our skilled team and the positive impact that Journal Squared continues to have on the community. The new amenities will include a performance lounge, karaoke room, and co-working spaces, offering residents a truly dynamic living experience.
