HWKN is delighted to announce Journal Squared’s final tower will kickoff construction soon. After it’s record-breaking occupancy for the successful second tower, the final phase moves towards a 2024 early spring completion date.
The last of three development phases includes 600 units, incorporating micro-studios, studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units spread across 60 floors. An additional 18,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor social amenities complement the upcoming residential skyscraper.
