HWKN’s Die Macherei in Munich launches into the grand opening.
The radical design of Die Macherei, the first LEED-approved neighborhood in Europe, was hammered out by architects from the three firms: HWKN Architecture DPC in New York, Holger Meyer Architektur in Frankfurt, and OS A Ochs Schmidhuber from Munich. Thanks to this collaborative design process, the winning formula for Die Macherei’s open buildings and plazas took shape. Now, as Die Macherei opens, everyone in this neighborhood is ready to fully to embrace and enjoy.
