HWKN’s upcoming project, iLive Frankfurt, is the largest residential project of its kind in Germany. Consisting of student and furnished serviced apartments, the development will serve the nearby universities, specifically The Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, and residential neighborhoods. Plans call for 1,133 apartments, of which 995 are student apartments, covering a leasable area of 39,000 sqm.
The project is a joint venture between iLive, a developer specializing in smart living concepts and one of the most innovative providers of lifestyle apartments in Germany, and Commerz Real, a member of Commerz Group.
The greater team includes an exciting collaboration with Future Green, a leading landscape design studio based in New York, and AI+P Planning GmbH, an architectural and planning firm based in Aalen, Germany.
