- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s degree a plus).
- 7–10 years of professional experience, with a focus on Concept through Design Development phases.
- Strong Project Management skills and track record; demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced design environment.
- Fluency in Rhino and Revit (required); proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Enscape (preferred).
- Strong conceptual and visual communication skills.
- Experience working across a range of project types and scales.
- Familiarity with AI-based design tools or workflows is a plus.
- Current residence in New York City and authorization to work in the United States.
& BENEFITS
- Salary range: $90,000 – $110,000, commensurate with experience
