BOOM Costa del Sol

Aging with dignity

BOOM Costa del Sol is a retirement community for people who aren’t content to give up living life to the fullest. Overlooking a lake outside Málaga, BOOM’s 115 boutique homes are laid out in a grid on the landscape—each designed by a different architect, but all built on a 10m x 10 m. floor plan. On one side, an elegant series of stacked cubes holds the health center, sports facilities, and shared amenities that all residents can access. Local retail spaces fill out the ground floor and a lounge is perched above on the top floor.
